Hello and Welcome Back my fellow Chic Babes!! I know, it had been a while since you heard from me! To get right into it, every Spring season my life becomes absolutely PACKED with events for me and our family, PLUS that’s when my 9-5 starts really picking up the pace! Right around the time I was getting into the swing of things with my blog, you may remember I hurt my writing/typing/texting/posting/everything (aka right) wrist, so this created a big frustration causing me to be limited for a couple weeks until it healed.
Then, that time is when we became busier than bees! Every single weekend a Birthday get-together, a wedding, a holiday, a baby shower, a wedding shower, etc. literally every. single. weekend. No exaggeration. So that leave’s the question. . . “What about the time you’re not spending at an event like at night during the week or the other day off on your 2 DAY weekend?” GOOD QUESTION!! Since I do work a 9-5 that limits my time to work on other things around my every-day-life needs, such as; running errands, doing house chores, spending quality time with my New Hubby (I still consider us newly weds :D), also among trying to spend time with friends and family, oh yes, and taking care of our new KITTENS :DDDDDD Ya’ll there is just NOT ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY!! This saying couldn’t be truer! I do want to say that I am so thankful for all the birthday’s, all the weddings, and showers, and holidays that we are able to celebrate and be a part of.
I started this blog as a fun hobby/project for myself and I DO plan to continue working on Eye of The Chic and growing this lifestyle brand of mine! Looking forward to the journey as always and want to thank those of you who continue to follow along and share your love and thoughts with me! THAT is a huge reason why I created this platform. So speaking of being busy and going on to a possibly more exciting topic 😀 . . . are Jumpsuits not LIFE y’all?!?!?!?! I actually LIVE for a good jumpsuit and am SO obsessed with the fact that it’s one and done for the day. I’m always in love with the easiest and fastest options on everything and Jumpers are IT! I know some of you may be thinking, “what about dresses . . . isn’t that the same concept?” While this is true there is another reason why I love jumpsuits so much – because they almost always have pockets, they are usually pretty flattering to your figure, and they are just FUN! So many different options with the sleeves, the neckline, the back, the pant length, everything about it is fun! And such an easy trend to keep through all seasons. Here are a few I’ve been wearing so far this season. . .
