Divi Scalp Serum Review During Postpartum Hair Loss

I had just started going through the height of my postpartum hair loss during month 4. I was losing so much hair from all over and got those common postpartum bald spots by my temples. I had been so anxious about this because I already had a hard time growing baby hairs there before pregnancy. It was scary to see the handfuls of hair coming out in the shower and the bald spots becoming more prevalent was all so depressing. That’s when I decided to start Divi. The “before” pic is the day I got Divi in the mail. I started it that day. I used it every day with the exception of a couple of forgetful nights. My “after” pic is after 7 weeks of using Divi.

BEFORE STARTING DIVI
AFTER 7 WEEKS OF DIVI

I’ve heard several things about postpartum hair loss. It peaks around months 4 and 5 and starts getting a lot better by 6 months.

I was so lucky to have great hair health and growth during pregnancy. It was the best my hair had ever been. I would lose maybe 5 hairs in the shower and not shed at all otherwise.

For months during the peak of my postpartum hair loss, I had handfuls coming out in the shower and consistently throughout the day too. It was scary! I literally thought I was going to go bald.

I’ve also struggled with a dry itchy scalp even though I have a combo of dry and oily skin. Divi has definitely helped with it all.

I knew when I saw reviews of people saying it helped with their psoriasis on their scalp it was legit.

One thing to note is this product is supposed to help with scalp health which makes it easier for more hair growth to happen. Makes total sense!

Years ago I quit using dry shampoos, hair spray, hair thickening tonics, etc. because I knew the product build-up was affecting my hair growth. Especially since I don’t wash my hair every day. It would stunt the growth within the hair follicles.

If you use a lot of products as I mentioned above I would for sure recommend using a scalp serum such as Divi.

A common question about Divi is if it makes your hair greasy after applying it. NO, it does not! It is the same consistency as water so after it dries on your scalp and hair you can’t tell you’ve applied anything at all. Before using Divi I would only need to wash my hair every 2-3 days and that remains the same while applying this to my scalp daily. I would just make sure your hands are clean and free of anything that could make your hair greasy before applying it and massaging it into your scalp.

Another thing to note is that I am currently on my third bottle of Divi. There’s no way you can tell much of a difference after only one bottle. That’s why they offer the bundle of three bottles, which you can get $10 off of when you use this link. This is about how long you’d need to use the product before seeing results.

For that reason, I’d recommend going ahead and buying the bundle for the discounted price.

Also, it’s worth it to become part of Club Divi, (it’s free), so you can add up points and get even more discounts!

I am officially a fan of Divi and will continue using it for the long haul. My fourth bottle is on its way!

I hope this was helpful if you’ve been on the fence about trying Divi.

Let me know if you have any questions I didn’t cover before making your first purchase!
